Submission of Camera-ready Papers
WISE 2008 Workshop Papers
-
All submissions are due by June 02, 2008. Constraints for submitting proceedings to the publisher are very tight, so this is a firm deadline. Late submissions risk not being published.
-
Springer-Verlag strongly prefers the LaTeX 2e format, but Word format is acceptable. All camera-ready paper versions must be provided in both source format (using the Springer-Verlag llncs style) as well as in PDF file format.
-
The limit for final papers is 12 pages. If you need more space, please contact the WISE 2008 Workshop Chairs in advance.
-
The abstract of the paper is used by Springer as a stand-alone summary. Therefore, it is inappropriate to include citations to the bibliography within the abstract.
-
Be sure to respond to referee comments in revising your camera-ready paper version.
-
Your camera-ready submission must be submitted via email to wise2008@easychair.org as a single Zip-archived file (naming convention: <workshopShortName>2008-<yourName>.zip, e.g. E-BAG2008-MarkusKirchberg.zip). Please do not use system-dependent archiving schemes, such as self-extracting Windows archives. Once we have received and verified your submission (this may take 2-3 working days) a corresponding acknowledgement will be forwarded.
Your submission must also include the following:
- A signed and scanned (as PDF, JPEG or GIF) copyright form. Springer-Verlag requires a signed copyright form with each paper. Only one author needs to sign the copyright form.
- Name of the paper author(s) who will register for this paper. Note that at least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for the WISE 2008 conference by June 06, 2008. Registration information can be found on the main WISE 2008 Registration Page.
- A list of all author names as they should appear in the proceedings. For each name, clearly indicate the last name -- we use this information for creating your paper's index entries.
